Do you have a recipe for a Four Cheese and Tomato Panini? I absolutely LOVE the Four Cheese & Tomato Panini from Fazoli's. On the website it says the spread on the sandwich is mayonaise, however, I think they add ingredients to the mayo. I'm not sure what they are - but if anybody knows what the trick is to this great sandwich please tell me!!! Also, if you have a great recipe for a Cheese & Tomato Panini, I'd love to hear it. Anyone know how to make chicken in Krups panini maker? I have a Krups PG7000 Panini maker. It came with a recipe booklet that had instructions on grilling chicken breast using the machine. I can't find my recipe book and don't know what temp setting or how long to cook. I tried to wing it the other day and I overcooked the chicken.... but not sure if too hot or too long. I think it will make nice chicken for sandwiches and salads if I can figure it out.

Peach Panini? I was watching an episode of "Everyday Italian" with Giada de Laurentis, and she made this sandwich with PEACH on it. I think it was also on ciabatta bread and she used a panini press. Need cleaning tips for stainless steel appliances and an oriental rug? Okay, so that's 2 questions in one. Don't hold it against me. Instead, please suggest a cleaner (or a home-made recipe/solution) for cleaning and shining stainless steel small appliances (coffee maker, panini maker, barmen's toolset, and some others) and for how to get set-in stains out of a small oriental rug. Don't know the composition of the stains; they've been there for awhile. They are on a white-ish background. Thanks!

panini question? i received a panini maker for christmas and i just made the first sandwiches...yum! however i am unclear about whether the bread is to be buttered or not. the instructions said to lightly spray the grill with oil which i did. no butter then? also, where can i find good recipes for paninis? i did buy some good spreads...pesto, olive,some good cheeses and some roasted red peppers. what other ingredients do you suggest?

Ways to use Nutella & Nutella Recipes? My fav so far is getting 2 slices of ligth rye bread (or whatever bread) spreading nutella on both sides then putting sliced strawberries between the two slices of bread and putting it in a sandwich toaster/panini maker. anyone else got ideas?
Good Compliment...? Hey...I'm making a Tuscan chicken panini with some prosciutto for dinner and I need a good compliment for it. I'm thinking about home fries because I have a load of taters that I should use fairly soon. The issue is that I do not have enough oil to deep fry the frites. Do you have a good recipe for oven fries that you could share? Sorry, I don't have olive oil (just a little canola) and I'm a minor so I'm NOT using wine. I would really like the crispiness of the frites but I'm open to suggestions...

I thought we could have some fun with the market trend of using 'cuisine-speak' to fancy up basic recipes (e.g., its not a grilled cheese sandwich, its a 'Vermont Cheddar Panini') by applying it to the traditional peanut-butter and jelly sandwich. Here's a basic off-the-shelf recipe: 2 slices classic Wonder Bread 1 tbsp Skippy peanut butter 1 tbsp Welch's grape jelly Spread ingredients on one slice of bread, cover with the other slice. You can substitute your preferred ingredient for just one of the above, but try to stick to commonly available products (e.g. no 'peanut butter from the tomb of Queen Nefertiti').
