Cuisinart griddler? I bought a $120 cuisinart to make pancakes for my guests and it was jsut a disaster I had to throw out all the pancakes and make new ones on a regular pan. What did I do wrong. Was I supposed to use oil or butter, I never do on a regular pan, that way they are not greasy and heavy. I was so disapointed

What cut of meat to use on Cuisinart Griddler tonight? I am not that knowledgeable when it comes to meat but was wondering what type of steak I should use for indoor grilling? I am looking for a lowfat cut. Also I will probably season with Montreal steak rub. How many ounces should it be etc? Thanks so much.

Is there a difference between the Cuisinart Griddler models Grid-8SA and G-4? I bought the Grid-8SA at a wholesale club and it looks the same as the G-4 that they advertise, but I cannot find the Grid-8SA model on the Cuisinart website. Does anyone know if there is a difference? The Grid-8SA is called the "Griddle Gourmet" while the G-4 is just the "Griddler". Thanks for any help. The plates can be removed in both, they both have a grill surface and a flat griddle surface that can be removed and put in dishwasher. That is not the difference.

I just got the Cuisinart Griddler Panini press and really would like to make something using fresh bread but it's always SO hard to cut just part of a loaf and to cut it nicely.
