- Allow it to heat up, then carefully wipe off the grease w/ a rag. Then, after it cools some, wipe down w/ a soapy rag, then just a wet one. Repeat until clean.
- Heating the grill and cleaning is a smelly and dangerous task. I suggest taking dawn or dish cleaning agent and soaking it in that to soften the caked on mess. If it is an electric appliance take sponges (that are wet with cleanign agent)and rest on grill area for at least 30 miiutes. Then take a plastic spatula and scrape off as much as possible. After you get most of it off use the scrub side of the sponge to clean the rest of the way. And after clean, make sure to wipe clean after each use.
- VINEGAR AND A HARD BRISTLE BRUSH, LET THE VINEGAR BOIL INTO IT THEN USE CIRCULAR MOTIONS TO SCRUB, OR UP AND DOWN. THEN JUST USE RAGS TO WIPE CLEAN.
- heat it up and spray it w/bleach
- use a non abrasive oven cleaner works great every time
