How do I cook chicken on a panini grill?
I have a Bella Cucina panini grill that I want to cook my chicken on after it thaws out. Is this possible to do, and if so, how long should I do it for?

- Well, I suppose you could..... but I would never do it with mine....it would take forever to cook raw chicken throughly. You could very well ruin your grill in the process. I mean, it was designed to heat and "grill" panini bread sandwiches for a few minutes at a time.... not cook raw meat. If I were you, I would cook your chicken (breast slices, right?) separately...either in a regular fry pan with a little oil (just enough to prevent sticking) or broil the meat in your stove oven. THEN add it to your panini bread and grill it.
