Did I eat to much food today? I am suppose to be on a diet:/?
Is this to much food ? I ate it all before 5:/? Oatmeal 300 cals soy chips 140 cals 2 lean cusine paninis 4 lunch 280cals and 340 cals- I know I ate two I am a cow..They are small! rice and cheese 200 cals

- You're not a cow, how idiotic can you be? It's only 1260 calories, that's not a lot. Get some confidence and stop calling yourself fat.

- well as long as u eating healthy foods and u r not over eating i dont see a problem/ oatmeal-healthy and good for diet soy chips-okay paninis-contain too much calories and are not filling either rice and cheese-if the rice was white,its bad but if it was brown than u did okay....cheese is okay to.. but u should not be eating over 2200 caleries a day if u r on a diet!

- that is fine. dont even worry about. my parents would be so happy if i ate like that because you ate about 1200 exactly how much im supposed to have, so thats a good healthy range. im 13 so if that helps.
- Did you work out? If so then that is ok, if not then you need to ease up a little an average adult is supposed to have 2000 calories but since ur on a diet i think u eat 'bout 1000.
- You ate less than 1300 calories. That is probably half what the average women eats on a daily basis (I believe the average is around 2300). Don't get down on yourself for eating anything; especially 2 lean cusines! Overall, your diet could use some work (some protein and more calories and more nutrients.) But you should look into whether you even need to be on a diet. So many young women fall into the diet trap and they end up looking worse than before they started. Reading the replies on here; a lot of the people don't really know what they're talking about. I'm no expert, but i've been reading up on nutrition/exercise for years..out of curiousity mostly. You didnt eat anything bad, and you have no reason to feel like a pig.
