- i get a non stick pan, 2 pieces of wheat bread and 1 1/2 pieces of cheese (i like every square inch of bread covered with cheese!). basically at this point it's a cheese sandwich. i butter the outside of the bread and place it in the pan over medium heat. i flip it every few minutes until perfectly browned! i love to make tomato soup and dip my sandwich in. yeah, i'm totally making a grilled cheese when i get home from work
- I butter the outsides of two pieces of bread, spread mayonaise and kraft singles cheese in the middle, and slap it in a skillet until the cheese is melted and the bread is brown and crispy on the outside.

- fire up the grill, mix butter and seasonings in a bowl, spread over outside of bread. 3 slices of velveeta cheese between bread, sprinkle shredded ham over cheese before sticking the bread together. cook on the grill until cheese is melted as desired, and serve with potato wedges and ketchup.
- how old are you, are you old enough to use the stove? if not, then do it this way: toast two slices of bread in your toaster, butter one side of each slice, on a plate or paper towel, put one slice butter side down then add your sliced cheese, the put the other slice of toast butter side up. Then put it in the microwave for about 15 to 20 seconds and poof you have a grilled cheese sandwich.
- Butter 2 pieces of white bread and cut about 4 pieces of Cheddar cheese. Have a small skillet of some sort already heated, spray with cooking spray. Put one piece of bread, the butter side touching the skillet, on. Place your cheese on top, then put the other piece of bread, butter facing upward, on. Now for the time portion. I usually just guess and wait until the side that is cooking at the time is golden brown, then I flip and do the same for the other side. And voile, you have a grilled cheese sandwhich.
- I use a cast iron griddle and a good whole grain bread is buttered, then nicely topped with a slice of mozzarella, a slice of cheddar and a slice of a good swiss, then I spread some either sweet and spicy mustard in the middle, or some good dijon mustard in the middle and toast it until it's nice and crispy and the cheese is melted nicely. Sometimes I add a nice thick slice of tomato while it's cooking.
- butter the untoastered bread both sides....add two slices of cheese on top after cooked one side of bread...add more butter thinly sliced on top of cheese after melted... Real butter is the trick...and good cheese...try Coon slices...
- One of 2 ways; 1) 2 slices bread, with cheese in the middle placed in the sprayed 'sandwich toaster' for about 5-7 minutes - 2) Or 2 slices bread with cheese in the middle (Usually I use shredded - because I keep that on hand more than slices) buttered over a skillet about 5 min per side. *One time* I used a tortilla instead of bread -
- absolute best grilled cheese - take two slices of "texas toast" (or other thick-sliced white bread). Heat your frying pan to medium low and add lots of butter. Place two or three slices of american cheese on the bottom slice of bread - top with slices of onion (red or white) and tomato. Place top slice on sandwich and put in pan of melted butter. Cover pan with lid (steam helps cheese to melt more quickly). Cook both sides (flip) until bread is toasted and cheese is melted. Dang it -- now i have to go home and make one! :)
- Never had grilled cheese this way til I married my husband. put butter in a skillet lay a piece of bread down. Add cheese and pepperoni and top with another piece of cheese. Finally flip and remove when golden brown mmmmm good!
- Wheat bread, sharp cheddar cheese. Butter one side of each slice of bread, and put the cheese in the middle. Brown in a frying pan on both sides until bread is crispy and cheese is melted! Don't forget the campbell's tomato soup! =) Rock n Roll!
