Best Panini Grill

Who has any great recipes for our Eurodib panini grill?

As well, is it recommended on that product, that we spray, or coat our breads, rolls, etc with oil or butter before the grilling starts? Thank you.

1. Try this site http://paninihappy.com/ The oil or butter on the outside of the bread allows for better browning
2. filling: avocado cheese tomato. please dont add butter or oil to the outside, it just makes it fattyer and more unhealthy. it will cook fien without it.
