Best Panini Grill
panini question?
i received a panini maker for christmas and i just made the first sandwiches...yum! however i am unclear about whether the bread is to be buttered or not. the instructions said to lightly spray the grill with oil which i did. no butter then? also, where can i find good recipes for paninis? i did buy some good spreads...pesto, olive,some good cheeses and some roasted red peppers. what other ingredients do you suggest?
