Best Panini Grill

Can I use my George Foreman grill as a panini grill?

The G.F. grill I have doesn't have a temperature control, so I don't know how well a Panini would turn out. Has anyone tried it before?

1. I have and it works. Someone gave this as a present and I thought I'd put it to good use =] Makes great paninis and grilled cheese!
2. I agree with Lilith, I love using mine for making hot sandwiches like grilled cheese and paninis.
