I'm seriously bloated, I look pregnant and can't figure out what happened. For lunch, I had a grilled cheese sandwich, side salad, and fat-free vanilla ice cream on a 15-calorie wafer cone. Had a bit of Diet Dr. Pepper (a few sips). For dinner, it was a turkey panini (turkey, cheese, red & yellow pepper strips, salad dressing, on focaccia bread), a bag of Baked! Sour Cream & Cheddar Lays (230 cals, 410 mg of sodium), and diet Pepsi. For a late-night snack, I had a small orange and a can of Diet Pepsi. Why do I look pregnant?! I'm a virgin, pretty sure I'm not pregnant, unless a new way has been invented :) I had a bottle of water at the gym... 16.9 fl oz. (2 glasses) I think I need to lay off the crappy foods (grilled cheese, panini, high-sodium chips), too. Too bad I'm at college and the dining halls really don't have healthy options =/ (Can't eat salads at every meal!)
