Can I use george foreman grill to make panini sandwich ?

I just bought george foreman grill (clam type, for 3 burgers, model GR12, no temperature control). Can I use this grill to make panini sandwich ? I am not sure if both sides of the grill generate heat, but can I use this. Thanks a bunch.

4. yes they work real well. Just spray each side of the grill and heat it up first.
