I bought a cuisinart gr-4 griddler/panini grill?

I was curious to know if i could cook a t-bone steak on the griddler?

1. u could but y would you want to? I think it would just be soaking in the grease. Most presses arent made for that kind of thing bc they arent angled to let the grease drain.
