Foody throwdown: How much can you talk up a PB&J sandwich?

I thought we could have some fun with the market trend of using 'cuisine-speak' to fancy up basic recipes (e.g., its not a grilled cheese sandwich, its a 'Vermont Cheddar Panini') by applying it to the traditional peanut-butter and jelly sandwich. Here's a basic off-the-shelf recipe: 2 slices classic Wonder Bread 1 tbsp Skippy peanut butter 1 tbsp Welch's grape jelly Spread ingredients on one slice of bread, cover with the other slice. You can substitute your preferred ingredient for just one of the above, but try to stick to commonly available products (e.g. no 'peanut butter from the tomb of Queen Nefertiti').
